Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with what you order.
If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to sort it out.

Ready-to-Wear
You can return or exchange ready-to-wear pieces within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Once we’ve checked your return, we’ll issue a refund (excluding delivery costs).
You’ll need to cover return postage unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Custom Pieces
All custom and made-to-order items are final sale.
Because these are designed or made specifically for you, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or other non-fault reasons.
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with your order number and clear photos and we’ll put it right.

Custom pieces can’t be exchanged once confirmed.
Shipping Policy
All items are handmade to order with care and attention to detail. Because of this, please allow 4–6 weeks for production and shipping. We are based in Ireland.
Processing Time
Each belt is handcrafted, so production time can typically take up to 4–6 weeks.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Times
Ireland & UK: 2–5 business days after dispatch
Europe: 5–10 business days after dispatch
Rest of World (including USA & Canada): 7–14 business days after dispatch
Please note: These are estimated shipping times and may vary due to postal delays or customs.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
Tracking
If tracking is available for your location, a tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please review the following policy:
Cancellation Window
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, all orders are processed and may not be cancelled, changed, or refunded.
How to Cancel
To cancel your order within the 24-hour window, please contact us immediately at Mopeverse@gmail.com with your order details. Cancellations are not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from us.
Refunds for Cancellations
Approved cancellations made within the 24-hour period will receive a full refund, issued to the original payment method.
After 24 Hours
After the 24-hour cancellation window, all sales are considered final. No refunds or changes can be made at that point.
